RÜFÜS DU SOL Release Official Remix Of Adriatique WhoMadeWho’s ‘Miracle’

Today, Grammy-winning live electronic trio RÜFÜS DU SOL release their official remix of Swiss duo Adriatique and Danish trio WhoMadeWho‘s hit collaboration ‘Miracle‘ out now via Rose Avenue Records

For their first official remix since 2021, RÜFÜS DU SOL have seamlessly infused their uplifting melodic signature throughout Adriatique and WhoMadeWho’s ‘Miracle’. Dreamy and everlasting, RÜFÜS’ remix unfolds over a blissful eight minutes of soft synth builds, sultry vocal chops, and rippling percussion. Expanding on the euphoric nature of the original, RÜFÜS’ reinterpretation is perfect for sundrenched dancefloors and breezy nights under the stars.

“The guys of RÜFÜS did exactly what a remix stands for, they extended the original in an epic way and made ‘Miracle’ a future classic. We always play it as a second break in our DJ sets to extend our original”. – Adriatique

“We have had the pleasure of touring with RÜFÜS DU SOL in the past few years and feel very connected to the band and their music. It’s a little miracle what they have created for us here. Hope you will enjoy it as much as we already do!” – WhoMadeWho

RÜFÜS DU SOL’s ‘Miracle’ remix arrives following the band’s Grammy win in 2022, double nomination this year, and recent ARIA win in Australia. This year saw the band on a global run for their Summer 2023 tour after holding the second edition of their boutique festival Sundream in San José del Cabo in May. RÜFÜS DU SOL are also set to make their grand DJ set return to one of clubland’s finest locales, Zamna Tulum, on January 11th. A rare chance to see the group’s coveted DJ sets, the event will mark RÜFÜS’ first performance in Tulum since the inaugural launch of Sundream in 2022. Tickets are available here

Comprised of Zürich creatives Adrian Shala and Adrian Schweizer, Adriatique have distinguished themselves with their consistent and distinctive sound. For over a decade, Adriatique have garnered a reputation with their hypnotic releases on Afterlife and Diynamic and remixes of Swedish House Mafia and Elderbook. In 2016, Adriatique launched their own record label, Siamese, and in 2018, they released their debut album Nude. Last year, Adriatique made their debut on Rose Avenue with their stunning official remix of RÜFÜS DU SOL’s ‘On My Knees‘.

WhoMadeWho have long established themselves as an experimental and genre-bending live act. The Danish group, comprised Tomas Høffding, Tomas Barfod and Jeppe Kjellberg, has produced seven albums, a plethora of EPs, singles, and remixes on labels including Kompakt, Innervisions, and Life & Death. Last year, WhoMadeWho tapped Adriatique to remix ‘Silence & Secrets’, with ‘Miracles’ serving as the pair’s first proper collaboration.
