Corrections Policy

EDM Army aims to be accurate. When we get something wrong, we correct it openly. This policy applies to news articles as well as to artist, venue, city and event pages.

How to submit a correction

Email contact@edmarmy.com with:

• the URL of the page or article,
• the specific text or data that is wrong,
• the correct information, and a source for it where possible.

How corrections are reviewed

Correction requests are reviewed by the EDM Army Editorial Team. We verify the claim against primary sources — official artist, label, promoter, venue or ticketing information — before changing anything. If a claim cannot be verified, we may temporarily remove or qualify the disputed information while we check it.

How corrections appear

• Substantive factual errors (names, dates, venues, line-ups, quotes, figures): corrected in the article and disclosed with a note at the end of the article explaining what changed and when.
• Minor fixes (typos, broken links, formatting): corrected silently.
• Event and artist data imported from promoters, venues or third-party providers: corrected in our database, which updates every page where that data appears.
• Articles that are wrong beyond repair are retracted, with an explanatory note kept at the same URL rather than being deleted silently.

Response times

We review correction requests as quickly as we can and prioritise errors that affect people, ticket buyers or event attendance. Requests are answered by email at the address they were sent from.
