Martin Garrix Announces New Album “MARTY” After Returning To His First-Ever DJ Venue 15 Years Later
Martin Garrix is going back to where it all began. On October 20, the Dutch superstar teamed up with Spotify for an intimate fan event at P60 in Amstelveen, Netherlands, where he surprised attendees with the announcement of his upcoming album, MARTY, set for release on March 5, 2027.

The location carried special meaning for Garrix. Fifteen years after performing at P60 for the first time, he returned to the same venue for an exclusive set under the name DJ Marty, reconnecting with the place where his journey behind the decks began.

Organized in partnership with Spotify, the event brought together some of Garrix's top listeners on the platform for a night celebrating his past, present, and next chapter. Fans were even invited to explore a replica of his childhood bedroom, offering a personal glimpse into his early years before becoming one of electronic music's biggest names.

But the nostalgia was only part of the experience. During his performance, Garrix gave fans their first opportunity to hear two previously unreleased tracks: "Ghost" and "Not Giving Up On Us," a collaboration with Spanish singer Aitana.

The set also featured some of his most recognizable records, including "In The Name of Love" and "High On Life," connecting the music that helped define his career with a preview of what's coming next.

The biggest surprise arrived at the end of the night, when Garrix officially revealed MARTY, his forthcoming album scheduled for March 5, 2027. The announcement offered fans their first look at the next major chapter of his career, although the complete tracklist and additional album details have yet to be revealed.

The title MARTY adds another personal layer to the announcement. By returning to his first DJ venue, performing under the DJ Marty name, and recreating elements of his childhood, Garrix turned what could have been a traditional album announcement into a celebration of his roots.
For an artist who has spent more than a decade performing on some of the world's biggest stages, returning to the room where it all started made the occasion particularly meaningful.

Fifteen years after his first performance at P60, Martin Garrix returned with a career full of global hits and a new album on the horizon. This time, he wasn't just revisiting the past. He was introducing what comes next.
MARTY arrives March 5, 2027.
