Kraze Blends Rap and Tech House Energy on "Friction"
Kraze, the father-and-son project, returns with "Friction," a release that combines rap influences with high-energy tech house. The duo describes their sound as unique, built around heavy basslines, memorable melodies, and the kind of energy they aim to bring to every performance. With "Friction," they continue developing that identity while delivering a track made for the club.
The creative process behind Kraze is just as energetic as the music itself. Studio sessions are often filled with discussions and friendly disagreements as both artists constantly exchange ideas and joke about who the better DJ really is. Those moments have become part of the project's personality, making every production a collaborative effort shaped by two different perspectives.

Their journey into electronic music started years ago with nothing more than a laptop and no previous production experience. Learning through online videos and constant practice, they gradually developed their skills until producing and performing became their biggest passion. Today, they continue building on that foundation with every new release.
When it comes to inspiration, James Hype and FISHER stand out for different reasons. James Hype's technical ability behind the decks and FISHER's high-energy performances have both influenced the way Kraze approaches DJing. During live sets, the duo focuses on interacting with the audience, using the microphone and encouraging the crowd to become part of the experience.
Away from music, both artists share a strong belief in faith and spirituality. They say that mindset has helped them stay focused on their long-term goal of becoming major festival headliners. More than anything, Kraze hopes fans leave every performance with the feeling that they've experienced an unforgettable night filled with energy.
