John Summit Drops Latin House Anthem “Chica 305” With Feid

John Summit is back with new music—and this time he links up with Feid for “Chica 305,” a Latin house-leaning track that blends club energy with a more playful, crossover feel.

Out now via Experts Only and Darkroom Records, the release comes right after Summit’s headline set at Ultra Music Festival, continuing one of the strongest runs in dance music right now.

“Chica 305” brings a different vibe compared to his recent drops. Built around Latin grooves and reggaeton-inspired rhythms, the track leans into a lighter, more flirtatious energy while still keeping that signature club structure. Feid’s vocals add a Miami-inspired touch, giving the record a global appeal that fits both dancefloors and streaming.

The release also builds momentum toward Summit’s upcoming album CTRL ESCAPE, set to drop April 15. The project is expected to explore a wider range of sounds, moving between tech house, bass-driven elements, and more melodic influences—showing a broader side of his production.

Leading into this moment, Summit has been on a strong streak of releases, including “All The Time” with The Chainsmokers, as well as tracks like “Shadows,” “SATA,” and “Lights Go Out,” each pushing different directions within his sound.

Beyond the studio, his presence continues to grow globally. From major festival appearances like Ultra, Tomorrowland, and Lollapalooza, to headline shows and his Experts Only events, Summit has become one of the most in-demand names in the scene.

With “Chica 305,” he taps into a more global, Latin-influenced sound while continuing to expand his reach beyond traditional house music.
