John Summit Cancels Pukkelpop, Creamfields and More to Focus on Arena Tour

John Summit has canceled the remainder of his August touring schedule, stepping away from four major European festival appearances to rest and prepare for his upcoming CTRL ESCAPE Arena Tour.

The affected dates include Pukkelpop, Creamfields, Radio 1 Malta and Le Touquet, all of which have now been removed from his August schedule.

“After much thought I have decided to take the rest of August off of touring to rest and get ready for my upcoming arena tour,” Summit shared on Instagram. “I unfortunately will not be able to make it to Pukkelpop, Creamfields, Radio 1 Malta and Le Touquet festivals.”

Summit explained that the decision came down to both preparation and the need to recharge before the fall. “I rarely ever do this,” he added. “But there is so much work to do for the tour and I need to recharge my battery a bit before this fall. Thanks for understanding.”

The break comes ahead of his CTRL ESCAPE Arena Tour, which he announced earlier this year as his most ambitious live production to date. The concept is set to transform arena floors into rave environments inspired by the corporate cubicle aesthetic of Severance, adding a significant production component to the upcoming run.

With the arena tour approaching, Summit is now using the remainder of August for preparation rather than continuing through the final stretch of his European summer festival schedule.

His announcement did not include specific refund information for the canceled festival appearances. Ticket holders should look to the individual festival organizers for further updates regarding those dates.
