Insomniac Passport Opens Its Doors to New Members for the First Time in Years

Insomniac is opening its exclusive Passport membership to a new wave of Headliners, marking what the promoter says is the program’s first expansion in several years.

Unlike a traditional festival pass, Passport works as a monthly membership that gives members access to eligible Insomniac events for relatively low reservation fees. The program includes four membership tiers, with festival reservations generally ranging from about $30 to $60, while concerts cost around $20 and club shows around $15. Insomniac does not state a limit on how many eligible events members can attend.

The Silver and Gold tiers include access to major festivals such as EDC Las Vegas, EDC Orlando, HARD Summer, Beyond Wonderland, Escape Halloween, and Dreamstate SoCal, among others. Diamond and Platinum memberships expand those options into programming from Factory 93, Bassrush, Basscon, as well as additional Insomniac concerts and club events. International EDC editions and other events outside the U.S. are not included.

One of Passport’s biggest perks is the Passport Member’s Lounge, available at select major festivals. Depending on the event, the private space can include surprise DJ sets, artist meet-and-greets, private bars, beauty stations, and the ability for members to bring up to three guests. All membership levels also include expedited entry and merchandise discounts.

Access remains invite-only. Invitations come directly from Insomniac, and the program does not operate through member referrals.

Insomniac has also teased additional “elevated experiences” for Passport members in the future, suggesting the newly expanded membership could come with more perks beyond discounted access to its festivals, concerts, and club shows.
