Splat Drops “Body Love” and Stays Locked Into a One-Track-Per-Week Grind

For Splat, consistency is not just part of the process, it defines everything behind his music. His new single “Body Love”, released on March 28, 2026, reflects that mindset, built around energy, movement, and staying fully connected to the moment on the dancefloor.

He has been producing drum and bass since he was 18, and at 29, that connection to the genre is still strong. For him, it is about feeling powerful, full of positive energy, and being completely present while dancing. That feeling is exactly what he aims to translate into every track he puts out.

A big part of that comes from his routine. He produces one track every week to stay in the flow, keeping momentum as a priority. Not every track turns into a standout release, but for him, finishing what he starts is key. He even mentions that he has zero unfinished songs, every idea gets completed, regardless of the outcome. That discipline carries into his release strategy, dropping at least one track every month so his audience always knows when new music is coming.

His journey into drum and bass connects back to discovering Hedex on SoundCloud early on, when the artist still had around 2K followers. That moment sparked something that stayed with him. Today, his biggest influences come from artists like Wilkinson and Dimension, whose sound continues to shape his direction.

Beyond producing, he has also built a presence as a curator. His drum and bass playlist on Spotify has grown to over 30,000 followers, showing how closely he stays connected to the scene. When it comes to selecting music, his approach is simple, if he feels it, it goes into the playlist, with a strong focus on dancefloor drum and bass.

Outside of music, he keeps his creativity active in other ways. Learning piano and studying French are part of his routine, helping him stay focused and inspired beyond the studio. At the same time, his vision for music remains clear. He describes himself almost as a channel, saying he feels like a portal bringing music from the universe into reality.

At its core, the goal is simple. When people hear his music, he wants one reaction: bass face and movement. No overthinking, just energy, connection, and being fully present in the moment.
