Emerging dubstep artist Primal Distortion is gearing up to release his latest track, “Spectre”, on January 24, 2025. Known for his OG dubstep style and bold experimentation, Primal Distortion promises a track that will resonate with bass lovers everywhere.

Inspired by the success of his previous album, Warped, “Spectre” was created in a single, electrifying night. With its raw energy and intricate basslines, the track continues his tradition of crafting music that invites listeners to fully immerse themselves in the sound.

Since diving into dubstep in 2010, Primal Distortion has honed a signature style defined by heavy, deep, and experimental beats. Drawing inspiration from artists like Ganja White Night, his music reflects both his passion for the genre and a foundation built on 15 years of experience with guitar, saxophone, and piano.

Among countless festival experiences, the infamous “Swamparusa” at Wakarusa stands out. Braving tornados and mud, Primal Distortion recalls it as one of the wildest and most unforgettable parties he’s attended. While performing at Wakaan Festival remains a dream, his favorite live music moment was witnessing Pretty Lights’ 2023 comeback at the Mission Ballroom in Denver.
