Factory Town Unveils Fall 2026 Programming With Sara Landry, Kaskade, FISHER, Armin van Buuren + More

MIAMI, Fla. (August 27, 2026) - Factory Town's Fall 2026 season officially kicks off Labor day weekend with a packed run of major touring shows, headline performances and festival-scale programming to its seven-acre industrial grounds in Hialeah through November. Sara Landry, Kaskade, FISHER, Turnstile, Armin van Buuren, ODESZA and more anchor the lineup, alongside the return of Hocus Pocus 2026: <Dystopia Halloween>. Since opening in 2022, the open-air venue has grown into one of Miami's most consequential live music and nightlife destinations — a proving ground where global touring acts and homegrown promoters converge - and this fall's programming, spanning bass, techno, house, drum and bass, hardcore and live electronic acts, reflects that trajectory at full scale.

Bass and trap producer ISOxo and Berlin rave duo Brutalismus 3000 lead the September 5 lineup, joined by Rocket Rese, Kuru, Ali Rq and Mason (Say Tech And Smile). The following night, the high priestess of hard techno Sara Landry returns to Miami for her first Factory Town headline performance, joined by Fumi, HHUNTER, Mischluft, Serafina and Supergloss. Later that month, GRAMMY-nominated electronic icon Kaskade brings his unique ORIGIN // production to the venue on September 18. The momentum continues on September 19 with two back-to-back shows: live electronic duo Snow Strippers closes out their Florida Tour 2026 before rising house producer it’s murph takes over later that evening for a headline set alongside Westend and Close Friends Only.

Baltimore’s GRAMMY-winning hardcore band Turnstile brings its visceral energy to Factory Town on September 20 with Never Enough Tour Pt. 2, joined by Mall Grab, Cold World and Collateral. The all-ages show will benefit the Florida Immigrant Coalition through Turnstile’s partnership with PLUS1, with $1 from every ticket sold supporting the organization.

September closes back on the dance floor with UK techno standout Eli Brown, returning September 25 for his biggest Miami headline show to date with the Panic Attack Tour alongside Massano, Marie Vaunt and Daizy. The next night, internationally known Australian house heavyweight FISHER returns for his biggest Factory Town headline show yet.

October moves into drum and bass with supergroup Worship, featuring Sub Focus, Dimension, Culture Shock and 1991 on October 9. Trance legend Armin van Buuren arrives one night later, bringing The Orb to Factory Town, presenting the concept in Miami for the first time alongside Funk Tribu and NRG2000.

Halloween weekend welcomes back Miami’s biggest Halloween festival with Hocus Pocus 2026: <Dystopia Halloween>, taking over Factory Town from October 30 through November 1 for its sixth edition. Throughout the weekend, more than 100 artists will perform across five interconnected stages from dusk till dawn as the production transforms the venue into a derelict ecosystem of control rooms, ventilation chambers, reactor cores and towering machine architecture. At the center of the venue-wide takeover are are leading names from across global dance music, including Chase & Status, Eric Prydz, Gorgon City, Indira Paganotto, Jamie Jones, Joseph Capriati, MEDUZA, Nora En Pure, Prospa, Purple Disco Machine and more, alongside exclusive back-to-back performances and stage takeovers from Miami nightlife institutions getbusy and Electric Pickle.

As the fall season enters its final stretch, German techno collective UNREAL returns on November 13, with its lineup soon to be announced, before ODESZA takes center stage on November 14, marking the duo’s Factory Town debut and long-awaited return to Miami with a DJ set alongside Boys Noize and Bob Moses. It's a fitting fall finale to a calendar that has spanned major touring shows, standalone headline performances, and all night, multi-stage festival programming - a reflection of the breadth and scale defining Factory Town’s next chapter as a live music destination.
