TIMUERTO Connects Violin Background With Afro House in “NDACI”

For TIMUERTO, music started long before electronic production. Growing up in Barnaul, a small city in Siberia, Russia, he began playing the violin at the age of seven, building a foundation that would later shape how he approaches music today.

Over time, that curiosity expanded. He moved from violin to experimenting with as many instruments as possible, and by the age of 12, he was already diving into improvisation. Listening to different styles and trying to recreate them became part of his process, gradually building a collection of ideas that eventually led him to start releasing his own music.

His approach to creativity is simple and consistent. Every track starts with an idea. Something plays in his head, and he immediately moves to his laptop to build the foundation. Because of that, he constantly collects short sketches, ideas that come frequently and wait to be developed into full tracks.

That process is exactly how “NDACI” came together. It began with a violin melody, something natural considering his background. From there, he found a vocal sample, and the track started to take on its own mood, evolving into something that reflects both his roots and his current direction.

Even though his influences come from artists like Apashe, Skrillex, and Fabian Mazur, he points out that their sound is quite different from what he is creating now. That contrast plays a role in shaping his identity, pulling inspiration from different places without directly following a single style.

With “NDACI”, the focus is not limited to one environment. He sees the track working in different settings depending on the crowd’s energy, whether that’s a club, a beach club, or even a festival. That flexibility reflects how he builds his music around feeling rather than strict boundaries.

Looking ahead, his direction stays consistent while still evolving. He mentions that there is a lot of different music coming, with variations in mood, energy, and theme. At the same time, everything will stay connected around one core lane, Afro house.

At the center of everything is his belief in what music represents. For him, music heals, inspires, and helps people overcome difficult moments. That idea shapes his mindset and explains why he continues to create, regardless of the challenges.
