New Allegations Emerge Against Diddy in 2012 Sexual Assault Case

New allegations have surfaced against Sean “Diddy” Combs, with a man accusing the imprisoned rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting him in a New York nightclub in 2012.

According to a recent court filing, the plaintiff, identified as John Doe, was 17 years old at the time and allegedly paid a bouncer to gain access to the club. He was later invited to Combs’ private table, where he was given multiple shots of vodka.

The lawsuit claims that after consuming the drinks, the plaintiff became hazy and disoriented, eventually losing consciousness and control of his body. He further alleges that he was led to a back room, where he witnessed people engaging with escorts and using drugs. Realizing that his drinks had been spiked, the plaintiff states that he struggled to remain alert but was ultimately raped by Combs while in a defenseless state.

Combs has consistently denied all allegations of sexual misconduct and trafficking. In response to previous lawsuits, his legal team has described the claims as “sickening” and baseless. In a statement addressing separate federal criminal charges, Combs’ lawyer asserted: “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

These allegations emerge amid mounting legal troubles for Combs, who is currently facing over 30 civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and misconduct. In early February, a lawyer representing multiple accusers revealed that more than 10 additional civil suits are expected to be filed against the hip-hop mogul.

Meanwhile, fellow rapper Kanye West has publicly called for former President Donald Trump to intervene on Combs’ behalf. West took to X (formerly Twitter) to urge for a presidential pardon, writing: “FREE PUFF” and tagging @realDonaldTrump with a plea: “PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF.”
