Malik Mustache Channels Years of Global Club Experience Into “Don’t Say A Word”

“Don’t Say A Word” arrives as a dancefloor-focused release from Malik Mustache, built around what he describes as the search for sonic freedom. The track carries an upbeat, club-driven energy made to help listeners forget their problems and stay inside the moment.

Behind Malik Mustache is Alexander Antoine (Lekko), a Brazilian DJ and producer with over a decade of national and international experience. His path runs from the São Paulo underground to the global electronic circuit, where he has built a name through energetic sets, remixes, and live drums.

That journey includes performances at major festivals such as Universo Paralello, Só Track Boa, Electric Zoo, and Tribe, along with appearances at iconic clubs including EGG London, Sound Nightclub Los Angeles, Temple San Francisco, and E11EVEN Miami. The project has also toured across more than 10 countries, including the United States, England, Spain, Ireland, Malta, Italy, Portugal, and Latin America.

Over the years, Malik Mustache has received support from major names across underground and mainstream electronic music, including Martin Garrix, Vintage Culture, Kaskade, Bedouin, Adriatique, Nic Fanciulli, and Wade. More recently, the project has also seen support from CamelPhat, Marco Carola, Danny Avila, Acraze, and Shiba San.

“Don’t Say A Word” has also picked up strong platform support, including Spotify Dance Paradise, Spotify Tech House Operator, and some of the biggest Beatport playlists. That momentum fits the track’s purpose: danceable, upbeat, and made for the floor.

His musical world moves from rock to deep house and tech house, with GUDFELLA standing out as one of his current favorites. Outside music, he is also passionate about medicinal cannabis, working with it and studying the subject deeply.
