Loco Dice’s Entire Music Archive Stolen Mid-Set in Milan

Global house/techno icon Loco Dice has revealed that his entire music collection — including unreleased tracks and years of work — was stolen during his show at Milan’s Fabrique club on 10 October.

According to the artist’s statement, both a USB stick and an external hard drive containing his full archive were taken from his tour manager’s bag, which was reportedly left in the DJ booth while Loco Dice performed. “I’m hurt and in shock,” he wrote via social media, calling the act “disrespectful” to the DJ-community.

The theft has raised serious concerns across the electronic music scene — the stolen items weren’t just gear, but years’ worth of demos, edits and projects by Loco Dice and other artists who trusted him with their unreleased music. He appealed to fans and fellow DJs: if you hear a track from one of his sets being played by someone else, please alert my team.
