LA Influencer Jailed After Stealing $11k in Luxury Items During Coachella

Social media influencer and OnlyFans creator Adva Lavie was ordered held without bail following a court appearance in Van Nuys, California, after being arrested on a new warrant connected to an alleged theft during Coachella weekend.

Lavie, 29, who is also known online as Mia Ventura, was arrested by Beverly Hills police near North Cannon Boulevard and Brighton Way. According to Los Angeles County jail records, the arrest was connected to a Riverside County warrant involving a grand theft charge.

Court documents filed by the Indio Police Department allege that a man invited Lavie to stay at his home while attending the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April of last year.

The man later reported that several luxury items were missing, including an $8,600 Rolex watch, $700 Louis Vuitton aviator sunglasses and a Louis Vuitton cardholder valued at approximately $1,800.

The items had a combined reported value of approximately $11,100.

Lavie was already awaiting trial in Los Angeles County on six felony charges related to a separate alleged dating app theft scheme.

Prosecutors claim that between 2023 and 2025, she developed relationships with people through dating apps and “Sugar Daddy” websites, allegedly presenting herself as a girlfriend or travel companion before gaining access to their homes.

Authorities allege she then stole cash, gold, credit cards and designer items from residences in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.

Lavie previously pleaded not guilty and had been released on bail under electronic monitoring. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office now alleges that she violated a court order by removing her ankle monitor before her latest arrest.

During an earlier press conference, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said prosecutors intend to prove that Lavie exploited trust created through online relationships to enter victims’ homes and steal from them.

Her defense attorney, Jeremy Lessem, told reporters that the legal team may request that Lavie be placed in a mental health diversion program. It remains unclear whether the court would approve such a request.

Lavie’s fiancé, billionaire real estate executive Stephen Cloobeck, is also facing separate criminal charges connected to the case.

Cloobeck was arrested in May and released on a $300,000 bond. Prosecutors charged him with three felony counts involving alleged attempts to prevent or discourage witnesses from cooperating, along with a misdemeanor count related to allegedly making harassing phone calls to an attorney representing one of the alleged victims.

The individuals named in Cloobeck’s case are also listed as alleged victims in the criminal proceedings against Lavie.

Lavie is expected to return to court on August 10, while Cloobeck is scheduled to appear on August 7 for his arraignment.

All charges described in the cases remain allegations. Both defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
