KI/KI Marlon Hoffstadt Drop First Collab ‘Losing Control’

KI/KI and Marlon Hoffstadt, also known as DJ Daddy Trance, have joined forces for the first time on their new single ‘Losing Control’, released via Capitol Records in partnership with Goodlife Management and MC3. Announced last month at Dour Festival in Belgium, the track blends raw speed, emotional depth, and infectious club energy, celebrating the freedom of fully surrendering to the music.

This Sunday, August 10, the pair will make their B2B debut with an extended five-hour set for 20,000 fans at Zeebrugge Beach on Belgium’s North Sea, with tickets selling out within minutes.

Rising from the queer underground to international festival mainstages, Amsterdam’s KI/KI has become one of the most influential figures in modern rave culture. She has sold out 20,000-capacity shows, been named a Spotify Global Equal Ambassador, appeared on the cover of DJ Mag during Amsterdam Dance Event, and made history as the first woman to win the Dutch Edisons Pop Award. Her signature 5 HOURS set series includes a sold-out New York show in just 30 seconds, while standout performances such as her BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix and headline B2B with Job Jobse at Lowlands showcase her range from acid techno to euphoric trance.

    Marlon Hoffstadt
made his US debut in May 2025 at EDC Las Vegas, performing on the mainstage between Tiësto and Armin Van Buuren for 70,000 attendees. That same week, he signed with Capitol Records, released ‘Supersonic / Hands Up In The Sky’, and headlined a sold-out show at Knockdown Center in New York City.

In the months since, he has performed at HARD Summer Los Angeles and Lollapalooza Chicago, continuing a global rise built on breaking rules and redefining his sound since reinventing himself as DJ Daddy Trance in 2020. Known for unannounced releases, multi-track drops, and sets that seamlessly span genres, his work has been praised by Mixmag as “a journey through club, Eurodance, trance, and rave.”

    ‘Losing Control’
is now available on all major streaming platforms.
