After more than 25 years behind the decks, UK-based DJ and producer Justin Dolan delivers a track that feels like the essence of underground club culture itself. Released on August 8, 2025, “The Underground” is a fast-paced, groove-loaded techno weapon inspired by nights where phones stay in pockets, cameras don’t exist—and it’s all about the music.

Built for sweaty, low-ceiling basements and mainstage warehouse moments alike, “The Underground” captures that pure connection between DJ and crowd. “It’s about the energy when everyone’s synced to the beat. No distractions, just rhythm, light, and feeling,” says Justin.

Rooted in techno, but with touches of tech-house and deep house, the track brings a moody intensity that mirrors the late-night introspection of club life. Influences like Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, and the Berghain vibe run deep, while Justin’s sound stays uniquely his: fast, emotional, and heavy on groove.

Behind the scenes, he credits a big part of his growth to working with Scottish legend Trevor Reilly, a mentor and longtime friend. Together, they’re not just making tracks—they’re building a future-focused sound through collaboration, mentorship, and pushing genre limits.

Justin Dolan is also the mind behind two labels: Industrial Echo Records, focused on raw techno with no compromises, and Echo Groove, a space for deeper, soulful house cuts. Both are platforms to highlight underground talent and throw genre-spanning events.

Though he’s been DJing for decades, production is a newer passion, sparked by Trevor’s encouragement and driven by Justin’s deep understanding of the dancefloor. From small after-hours gigs to private parties with fire breathers and surreal festival-style chaos, Justin’s sets are stories in motion—carefully crafted, fast-paced, and deeply human.
