David Lee Crow, known globally as Ghastly and GHENGAR, is an American DJ, producer, and vocalist originally from Arizona and now based in Los Angeles. A self-taught musician who began making music as a child, Crow first built momentum as the frontman of a touring deathcore band before relocating to pursue electronic music full-time.

Under the Ghastly alias, he became one of bass house’s breakout stars through releases on OWSLA, Buygore, and Dim Mak, as well as collaborations with artists including Jauz, Mija, and Lil Jon.

In 2022, Crow launched GHENGAR, a heavier extension of his creative vision that allowed him to explore darker sounds and more experimental influences while keeping Ghastly’s melodic and groove-driven identity intact.
