Dom Dolla and Kid Cudi Release ‘Forever’: A Smooth Crossover of House and Heartfelt Nostalgia

Dom Dolla has teamed up with none other than Kid Cudi for a collaboration that blends electronic energy with emotional resonance. Titled ‘Forever’, the track merges Dom’s signature house touch with Cudi’s iconic, soul-stirring vocals, creating a piece that feels both fresh and timeless.

The track opens with soft melodies and ambient textures before Cudi’s vocals slide in, laying the foundation for a love story that’s both dreamy and grounded. With lyrics like “I want to stay forever,” the song taps into that universal longing for moments that never fade. The drop, lighter and more playful than Dom’s usual groove-heavy style, reveals a more delicate side of the producer, offering a nostalgic ride from start to finish. A second drop injects just the right amount of energy, followed by a personal touch—a phone call interlude from Kid Cudi, which ties the track’s emotion together in full.

‘Forever’ made its debut during Dom Dolla’s b2b set with John Summit at Ultra Miami 2025, where the track’s live premiere amplified its emotional weight. Fans were fully immersed, and for those who couldn’t be there in person, the set was streamed on YouTube, spreading the moment far beyond the festival grounds.

For Dom Dolla, this release is another milestone in a rapidly accelerating career. Since his early days sparked by a Basement Jaxx album, Dom has evolved into a global name, earning a Grammy nomination and delivering collaborations with Nelly Furtado, Tove Lo, and Daya. His resume now includes over a billion streams, major festival slots, and a powerful presence in both the underground and mainstage circuits. His tour calendar for 2025 is packed, with headlining appearances at EDC, Breakaway, and major residencies at LIV Las Vegas and Hi Ibiza.

Kid Cudi brings his signature introspection and unmatched emotional depth to the track. Known for classics like ‘Day ‘N’ Nite’ and his ‘Man on the Moon’ series, Cudi has long been a bridge between genres. His work on ‘Forever’ highlights his versatility, blending seamlessly with house music while maintaining his unique voice.

As summer 2025 unfolds, ‘Forever’ is already positioning itself as an anthem of the season—an ode to love, youth, and the kinds of memories that stick with us long after the last beat drops.
