Diddy Faces 120 New Sexual Misconduct Lawsuits, Including Allegations Involving Minors
Sean Combs, better known as Diddy, is now facing severe accusations from 120 new claimants, with allegations of sexual misconduct spanning over a period of 33 years. The claims, presented by attorney Tony Buzbee in a press conference on October 1, involve incidents reported to have taken place between 1991 and 2024. Notably, among these accusations, 25 individuals were minors, aged as young as nine at the time of the alleged offenses.
The allegations come shortly after Combs’ recent arrest in New York, where he was charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for prostitution. These charges stem from an indictment by a federal grand jury, and he is currently awaiting trial. According to Buzbee, who represents over 100 accusers, the new lawsuits include claims from both men and women, with accusers ranging in age from nine to 38 during the time of the alleged incidents.

Buzbee emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating, “Sexual assault, abuse, and exploitation have no place in society.” He also highlighted the intention to bring to light those who may have facilitated these alleged offenses, vowing to pursue accountability regardless of who may be implicated. Buzbee remarked that this revelation marks the end of what he described as the entertainment industry’s “biggest secret”.
Despite the mounting accusations, Combs has maintained his innocence. His attorney, Erica Wolff, has criticized what she described as a “reckless media circus” and firmly denied all allegations. Wolff asserted that Combs categorically refutes any claims of sexual abuse, particularly those involving minors.
Buzbee noted that most of the cases will likely be filed in New York and Los Angeles, where many of the alleged incidents are said to have occurred. He also revealed that over 3,000 individuals have so far come forward with accusations against Combs.
