David Zanellati Captures the Era with House Records, Me Gustas Tu and Spirit

David Zanellati made his first international DJ experience in 2006 while working at Turin, Italy’s Bliss Corporation, (best known for having Gabry Ponte, Eiffel65 and Djs From Mars on their roster) and touring in Germany with the band KARMAH who was chartered on MTV with the platinum R&B hit ‘Just Be Good To Me‘.

In October 2017 Zanellati decided to start his adventure as a producer while it wasn’t for another four years in the summer of 2021 he was published on his first major label for ‘Last Night a D.J. Saved My Life‘ with Zheno on Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s Smash the House Records.

His official releases and bootlegs have been supported by Tomorrowland official radio and other artists such as Timmy Trumpet, MOTi, Quintino, Maurice West, Leandro Da Silva and many others. While Piero Pirupa just supported his latest tech house bootleg of ‘Me Gustas Tu,’ from the legendary guitarist from Barcelona Manu Chao that you can pick up as a free download.

With this tech house edit David shines light on the range and style of music Manu Chao offers that you may not be familiar with, as Manu sings in Spanish, French, English, Portuguese, Galician, Arabic, and Wolof, frequently blending multiple languages within the same song. His musical style draws from a wide array of influences including punk, rock, French chanson, Iberoamerican salsa, reggae, ska, and Algerian raï. This poignant house music take casts a net to bring together these worlds with the dance music community.

David’s latest official release pulls from his R&B roots and invites BRYAN THE MENSAH to collaborate on ‘Spirit’, a bursting tech house record that speaks to you and brings a nonchalant air to the party.
