BLORD INTRODUCES “BELLE” – A MELODIC TECHNO JOURNEY WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH

Blord is preparing to release “Belle”, a track that blends melodic techno, deep house, and dance elements into an immersive and emotional listening experience. Inspired by someone who left a deep impact on him, the track carries two meanings—one that is open, and another that remains a mystery.

With a foundation in melodic and emotional electronic music, “Belle” represents a balance between the danceability of house music and the drama of techno. The track was created as a dedication to someone who changed his life, a connection that helped shape both his personal and artistic journey. It ties into the larger narrative of Blord’s project, where he envisions himself as an alien bringing the music of his home planet to Earth, with “Belle” symbolizing the human he connected with the most.

The production of “Belle” was shaped by insights from EDM Prod and inspiration from The Producer School, which influenced the track’s bass dynamics. While still evolving his unique style, Blord has crafted a sound that feels both otherworldly and deeply personal, blending deep grooves with cinematic tension.

Blord’s connection to electronic music runs deep. Introduced to the scene by his older brother, he attended his first rave at 13, diving headfirst into the late ‘90s trance and rave culture. His love for music eventually led him to study piano and music theory, but it wasn’t until 2020 that he fully embraced production. Drawing influence from Pink Floyd, Tool, Kavinsky, Anyma, UNKLE, and Zhu, he crafts music that is dramatic, immersive, and full of storytelling.

His dream stage is Tomorrowland Belgium, a festival that represents the pinnacle of electronic music. The scale of its production and its international energy are something he aspires to experience firsthand. While he hasn’t played major festivals yet, he has lived through them in a different way—watching and studying performances, observing the small details that make an artist stand out.

Outside of music, Blord dedicates his time to helping animals, volunteering with non-profits in San Francisco that assist cats in need. His upcoming projects include a special exhibition show in March 2025, where he will showcase both released and unreleased tracks from his growing catalog.

“Belle” is more than just a track. It reflects the idea that no matter how far someone has drifted, there are always people who will accept and support them. Blord hopes that his music not only moves people on the dancefloor but also resonates on a deeper level, helping listeners find their own meaning within the melodies.
