AlphaTheta And SanDisk Collaborate On New DJ-Optimized Flash Drive With rekordbox Bonus
AlphaTheta, the new face of Pioneer DJ, has partnered with SanDisk to launch a high-performance flash drive specifically designed for DJs. The SanDisk DJ Flash Drive promises rapid speeds, broad compatibility, and convenient features aimed at enhancing music management and performance for professional and hobbyist DJs alike.
The standout feature of the new drive is its read speed of up to 1,000MB/s, allowing for quick music file transfers and faster track loading during sets. This addresses a key challenge for DJs using digital setups — performance reliability and minimal delay during live transitions. Whether using newer rekordbox-ready CDJs or traditional controllers, the new drive ensures smooth operation across all gear.
The design includes both USB-C and USB-A connectors, allowing DJs to move easily between modern laptops and older hardware setups. Available with storage capacities up to 1TB, it offers ample room for high-quality audio libraries and performance-ready playlists.

In addition to the hardware, buyers will receive a 3-month free subscription to the rekordbox Creative Plan, a premium tier of AlphaTheta’s flagship DJ software. This gives users access to cloud-based syncing, advanced playlisting tools, and additional performance features to better prep and execute sets.
With this launch, AlphaTheta and SanDisk show they are doubling down on functionality, durability, and workflow ease — all tailored to the fast-paced needs of the DJ community.
