Moby’s ‘Lift Me Up’ Gets a Psy-Trance Revival with Blastoyz and Berg

Blastoyz and Berg have joined forces with the legendary Moby to reimagine his iconic 2005 hit, ‘Lift Me Up’ on Blastoyz’s WELVRAVE Records label.

Kobi Nigreker aka Blastoyz is an electronic music DJ and producer who was ranked two consecutive years on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs list. He has played the biggest festivals from Tomorrowland to EDC Vegas, and here works with Berg who has entertained hundreds of thousands of followers around the world from Brazil’s Tribe Festival to Mexico’s Equinox Festival, while dropping tunes on well known labels like Armada and Spin Twist Records, with his hit track “Bayaka” now having amassed an incredible 40 million streams.

Originally a standout from Moby’s ‘Hotel’ album and a global dance chart sensation, this timeless track now receives a fresh, electrifying update. Nearly 20 years later, the trio blends Moby’s classic sound with the high-energy psy-trance flair of Blastoyz and Berg to create a powerful anthem that will set dance floors alight this winter and beyond. It has driving drums, bright synths and plenty of euphoric emotions as well as hooky strings that bring it right up to date while maintaining the essence of the original.
