TOMORROWLAND OPENS STUNNING NEW OFFICE IN ANTWERP’S HISTORIC MONTEVIDEO WAREHOUSES

Tomorrowland is known for transforming music festivals into magical worlds, and now, they’ve brought that same visionary touch to their new corporate headquarters. The Belgian festival has officially moved into its brand-new office space in Antwerp, located in the historic Montevideo warehouses—a site that was once an overlooked part of the city but has now been fully restored into a breathtaking workspace.
Move to Trash

Employees of WEAREONE.world, the company behind Tomorrowland, reported to the new Eilandje location for the first time on Monday morning, stepping into a meticulously designed environment that reflects the essence of the festival itself.

Originally built in 1897, the warehouses were abandoned when the Port of Antwerp expanded northward, leaving them unused and deteriorating since 1980. After being passed between owners and eventually demolished except for their historic facades, the site has finally found new life thanks to Tomorrowland—nearly 25 years later.

The interior design was led by Dieter Vander Velpen and Oyo Architects, blending a fantasy-like aesthetic with modern corporate functionality. The space features butterflies, lush greenery, an indoor and outdoor patio, and a central bar, creating an atmosphere that mirrors the magic of Tomorrowland. Vander Velpen, in collaboration with Tomorrowland, also operates the Great Library Design Studio, a firm dedicated to translating the festival’s atmospheric energy into architectural experiences.

With over 400 employees worldwide, WEAREONE.world now operates from offices in Belgium, France, and Brazil, while also running the Lab of Tomorrow in Boom, home to its radio and music studios.

Tomorrowland’s new headquarters is more than just an office—it’s a statement of creativity, innovation, and immersive design, proving that the festival’s influence extends far beyond the dancefloor.
