Get Ready for the Unprecedented Alliance of Destructo and Snoop Dogg in “You Only Die Once”

Destructo has long been an eminent figure in the realm of electronic music, leading the HARD Events brand and advancing the G-house movement through pioneering collaborations with YG, Ty Dolla $ign, and Kevin Gates, among other notable musicians.

Presently, he is back at it again, teaming up with the renowned hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg.

As per the press release, “You Only Die Once” is the outcome of several years of efforts by Destructo and Snoop to collaborate. The fresh track blends bass-infused house rhythms with Snoop Dogg’s impassioned yet silky-smooth bars, creating a fusion of coarse G-house sounds and sleek hip-hop.

The wait for “You Only Die Once” has been a lengthy one. During the closing ceremony of 2017’s HARD Summer festival, which was founded by Destructo, Snoop performed his complete Doggystyle album.

Destructo stated, “What a dream come true to finally have a G-house record with the one and only Snoop Dogg. I’ve been a fan since ‘Deep Cover,’ his debut collaboration with Dr. Dre in 1992.”

Destructo is presently on tour with upcoming events at Summer of Sound and Shambhala Music Festival, among others. In February of 2023, he launched his dazzling Future Funk EP, which was motivated by the nightclub culture of the 1980s.
