Set against the stunning backdrop of Italy’s picturesque Adriatic coastline, the Adriatic Sound Festival is set to welcome over 25,000 visitors across two dynamic stages, uniting to celebrate music, space, and boundless creative energy.

The festival grounds, conceptualized as a temporary city by the renowned STUFISH Entertainment Architects, draw profound inspiration from classical Roman arenas and coliseums. This architectural approach creates a breathtaking fusion of historical grandeur and contemporary innovation, offering attendees an immersive experience that honors the region’s rich cultural heritage while embracing modern festival culture.

At its core stands STUFISH’s Infinity Stage – a striking architectural masterpiece that seamlessly blends ancient influences with a bold, futuristic vision. Rooted in Fano’s rich Roman heritage, where timeless design remains integral to the city’s identity, the stage reinterprets classical forms through a modern, avant-garde lens.

Meanwhile, at Fano Airport, “The Hangar” stage offers a dramatically different yet equally immersive experience. Set against an industrial backdrop, this space features three massive airplane hangars transformed into a raw, underground playground, brought to life with cutting-edge 3D mapping projections.

Despite being a newcomer on the scene, the Adriatic Sound Festival has already captured the attention of some of the biggest names in electronic music, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration of innovation and rhythm.

Festival Week: Ancient Ruins and Beach Parties

In the week leading up to the highly anticipated festival, the Adriatic Sound Festival will transform Fano into an electrifying celebration of music and history. Parties will take place at breathtaking ancient Roman and Renaissance ruins, offering attendees a once-in-a-lifetime experience where the past and present collide in a symphony of sound. Meanwhile, sun-soaked beach parties will keep the energy soaring all week, building unstoppable momentum for the festival’s grand debut.

Legendary Artists Across the Electronic Spectrum

The festival promises an electrifying lineup that spans decades and styles. Techno pioneer Sven Väth will deliver a vinyl-driven, boundary-pushing set in Italy that will reaffirm his status as the Emperor of Techno. Grammy-nominated house icon Armand Van Helden, renowned for classics like “You Don’t Know Me” and “My, My, My,” will also share the stage. His high-energy performance is anticipated to be a festival highlight.

Adding to the dynamic roster, techno maestro Stephan Bodzin Live will captivate audiences with a hypnotic live set that fuses his classical training with pulsating electronic textures. Underground stalwart Nic Fanciulli, a key figure in shaping Ibiza’s dance scene, is expected to deliver a masterclass in dancefloor energy, joined by Chicago legend Green Velvet, whose iconic tracks like “La La Land” have shaped decades of dance music.

Rising star Avision will unleash his raw, high-energy techno sound, while the powerhouse trio Mason Collective – comprising Blair Suarez, Adam Myles, and Omar Guedar – returns from commanding some of the world’s biggest stages to provide an explosive performance. Franky Wah, representing contemporary club culture with his emotionally charged, hook-driven sound, joins the lineup alongside Brina Knauss, who brings refined melodies and transcendent atmospherics to her sets. Rounding out this first wave of artists is Stella Bossi, whose high-octane approach to techno, forged in Berlin’s vibrant club scene, promises to deliver one of the festival’s defining moments.

The Adriatic Sound Festival will take place from June 13-14, 2025, at Fano Airport, Italy, with more performers to be announced soon. More information can be found here.
