Matroda Returns with ‘Late Night Talks’ EP, Packed with 3 New Festival Favorites

Matroda just made his full EP “Late Night Talks” available to the public. The project features three new tracks alongside established singles “Britney,” “4U,” “When The Bass Kicks In,” and “Hangin’ On,” continuing his tradition of delivering anticipated annual EPs.

The EP opens with “Britney,” that’s already become a summer festival staple, backed by industry heavyweights Diplo, Wade, and Eli Brown.

The new track “Came To The Club” delivers bouncing basslines and understated complexity, while “4U” with Martin Ikin combines classic house rhythms with powerful bass, reaching #1 on Beatport after its EDC Las Vegas debut.

“When The Bass Kicks In” pairs feminine vocals with smooth percussion, creating an immersive atmosphere. “Hangin’ On” offers harmonic elements while maintaining festival-ready drops. The new track “Down” embraces classic house with retro vocals and subtle wobbles, while “Naughty Sax” closes the EP with exotic horns and Latin-influenced energy.

Croatian-born Matroda, shaped by influences from Led Zeppelin to Frank Sinatra, transitioned from classical training in violin, drums, and keyboard to electronic music. His breakthrough came with the SNBRN “California” remix featuring Chris Lake, earning support from Diplo, Calvin Harris, and Major Lazer.

His impressive catalog includes hits like “Forget It,” “Let’s Go Dancing” with Tiga, and “La Pasion” with San Pacho, plus remixes for major artists like DJ Snake and Peso Pluma. He’s released on prestigious labels including Insomniac Records, Mad Decent, and his own Terminal Underground.

Matroda’s live performances have dominated major venues and festivals, from EDC Las Vegas and Ultra Europe to sold-out shows at Brooklyn Mirage and Hollywood Palladium, establishing him as a leading force in electronic music’s evolution.
