Carl Cox announces legendary set at Great Pyramids of Giza

In an unprecedented event back in 2017, Future Sound of Egypt, a label founded by Aly & Fila, etched its name in history when the Great Pyramids of Egypt served as a backdrop for spectacular sets played by the duo, Armin van Buuren, and Paul Thomas. This wasn’t the first time world-renowned artists had performed at iconic landmarks, as evidenced by Paul Oakenfold’s gig at Stonehenge and David Guetta’s show at the Eiffel Tower. Dance music, it appears, transcends cultural barriers, uniting people from all walks of life (and not to mention, transporting DJ equipment is significantly easier than an entire band’s gear).

Fast forward to today, and we’re merely weeks away from witnessing another legend grace Egypt’s illustrious stage at one of the world’s seven wonders: none other than Carl Cox.

The maestro’s headline performance will feature support from Philipp Straub and Gawdat, adding to the excitement.
